1. Summary

Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to get your refund. We will process your request within 7 business days. We try to process requests as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account. We make an effort to refund every customer who requests it, but we reserve the right to refuse refunds in certain situations.

2. Instructions

To get your refund, send an email to the contact information below. Please use the email you used to purchase the product, or include your order number and/or invoice. Note that we will only grant refunds for purchases made within the last 30 days. That said, we are not interested in holding onto your money if you're not satisfied with our product, so reach out if you feel you want a refund despite being over the 30 day limit.

We would like to hear why you're requesting a refund, so that we could improve our product, but note that it's not required. In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund or reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will let you know if that's the case.
